Osborne Consulting Solutions will work with you from the initial concept of bidding on a contract, establishing the bid and price strategy, writing and shaping the bid and then, if successful, helping to manage the contract from your factory to the customer. We do not work on just winning the contract; we remain committed throughout the life of the contract acting as intermediary with the customer, and your advisor and troubleshooter

Osborne Consulting Solutions likes to keep pricing simple - when establishing our working agreement with you, we will agree a percentage commission to be paid on successful sales. Not only does this keep things simple, it removes any risk from you, allowing you to keep your costs low and thus making you more competitive

Market Advice

Osborne Consulting will work with you at the very outset to identify opportunities for your products, and how to maximise your unique features and capabilities

Bid Writing

Having found a suitable contract opportunity, Osborne Consulting will work with you to develop your bidding and pricing strategy and then write the bid for you, advising on any testing requirements for specific product samples

Contract Management Support

Once you've won the bid, Osborne Consulting will work with you and the customer to ensure the contract is successful. We are committed to you throughout the life of your contract. For example, we can represent you at meetings, act as the main point of contact with the customer and advise you on ordering patterns and consumption rates

Supply Chain Support

Osborne Consulting will work with you from your factory to the point of delivery. We will advise on freight handling, packaging and labelling requirements, customs and duty issues and liaise with the customer so they are fully informed of delivery timescales
